Project Managers support the Physician Learning Program by working closely with Physicians to ensure they prepare and compile materials required for the projects including proposals, ethics documents, physician data reports, and project close documents. Project Managers help develop project protocols to obtain and secure the data required for physician reports, feedback and improvement, work with internal and external stakeholders and maintain communication and consultation with internal and external stakeholders.

Analysts at the PLP support the compilation, verification, analysis and dissemination of data to support projects. Additionally, they work with internal and external stakeholders to define data requirements and helps identify administrative databases to be used.
